As an Entry Level Associate, you will work directly with our leadership team to develop your skills in sales, client relations, and business development. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential client demographics.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication.
- Present products and services to potential customers, demonstrating value and addressing inquiries.
- Manage customer accounts using our CRM software to ensure accurate data entry and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional events and community outreach.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while upholding the company's high standards of service.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to sharpen product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivation and a hunger for success – we reward hard work and results.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus for local client meetings.
- No prior sales experience is required – we provide all the training you need to succeed.
