Responsibilities
- Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their specific needs and answer any questions regarding features or pricing.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Stay updated on product inventory and restock shelves as needed to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges courteously and according to company policy.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we provide full training for motivated individuals.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
