Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to assess their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Build rapport with repeat customers and the local community.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
