Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs in a professional and timely manner.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Answer product inquiries and provide recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked according to visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of all company products and services.
