As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers to ensure they have an exceptional shopping experience. We value hard work, integrity, and a positive attitude above all else.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist customers in locating products and providing product recommendations.
- Organize store shelves and maintain a clean, inviting shopping environment.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of company products and services to drive sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (or currently pursuing).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills quickly.
