Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm, welcoming smile and professional demeanor to ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in navigating the store, answering questions about products, and making informed purchasing decisions.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently, processing payments and handling returns.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing by restocking merchandise and maintaining displays.
- Learn and demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products and services to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to learn new skills quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for transaction processing.
