Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the New York metropolitan area.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet departmental targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through face-to-face interactions.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote company services and events.
- Attend daily team briefings and weekly training sessions to refine sales techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
