Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the Indianapolis area.
- Present and promote our products and services to prospective customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to develop strategies for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Attend daily briefings and weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Document customer interactions and sales activities accurately in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn.
- Willingness to travel within the Indianapolis region for client meetings.
