Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to identify their needs and provide professional product recommendations.
- Training Completion: Actively participate in and complete all provided training modules to master product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Schedule Management: Adhere to weekend shift schedules (Saturday and Sunday) with punctuality and reliability.
- Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed daily sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient store operations.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store appearance, stocking shelves, and organizing inventory during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior sales or customer service experience required; training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
