Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions and update client information accurately.
- Participate in daily training sessions and role-plays to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to resolve complex client issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Contribute to team goals by maintaining a high volume of daily activity and follow-ups.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the internal database.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace are mandatory.
