Responsibilities
- Represent Apex Growth Partners as the face of our brand in the local Louisville and Florida markets.
- Engage with potential clients through various channels to identify their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer trends and competitor activities in your region.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Track daily sales activities and report progress to the regional manager using our CRM software.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed monthly performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college graduates are preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn.
- Must have reliable internet access and a smartphone for communication.
