Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs in a timely manner.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and handle transactions securely.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is visually appealing.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via email or chat.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong desire to learn and a positive attitude towards customer service.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate smartphones or tablets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
