Responsibilities
- Complete intensive paid training modules to master industry fundamentals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Attend daily training sessions and weekly performance coaching meetings.
- Track progress and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
