Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders and prepare them for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and warehouse protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all outgoing packages meet company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail-oriented work.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory.
