Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and organizing inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and handheld scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations during shift handovers.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience: No prior logistics or warehousing experience is required; we train you!
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions.
- Basic Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld devices.
