Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move inventory.
- Process Shipments: Efficiently pick, pack, and label orders for timely and accurate delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure workflow efficiency during night operations.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and counting.
