Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring products are handled with care and placed in the correct storage areas.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and verify incoming and outgoing stock to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment using proper packing materials and labeling techniques.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies or safety hazards immediately.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM), including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required – we provide full training!
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and comprehend instructions, both written and verbal.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus.
