Responsibilities
- Unload and sort inbound shipments, verifying accuracy against purchase orders
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanning technology
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation training provided)
- Flexible availability for night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Team player with clear communication skills
