Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming/outgoing shipments using warehouse equipment
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery (training provided)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
- Support facility cleanliness and organization standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
