Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Adhere to strict safety standards and OSHA compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Assist with loading and unloading of freight trucks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during night shift
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper technique
- Reliable transportation to the 11 PM - 7 AM shift
