Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided) for material movement
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts in compliance with ISO standards
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Complete daily shift reports and documentation in warehouse management software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours (typically 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire
- No prior warehouse experience required - training provided!
