Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package incoming shipments according to company guidelines
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training) to move products safely
- Maintain organized inventory storage and perform cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software operation
- Reliable transportation to/from the night shift schedule
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexibility to work overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
