Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package inventory according to company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety measures
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse workspace throughout shift
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and inventory counts
- Follow all OSHA and safety regulations strictly
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Reliable transportation to our Cleveland facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
