Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks on products and packaging to meet company standards
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Complete shift reports and documentation with attention to detail
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and safety training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (students encouraged to apply)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- No prior warehouse experience necessary - we provide paid training!
