Responsibilities
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals
- Process incoming shipments and organize warehouse storage areas
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
