- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using scanning systems
- Maintain organized inventory counts and documentation
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after training)
- Collaborate with night shift team to meet daily targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s license preferred (equipment operation)
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM – 6 AM)
