Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat during overnight hours.
- Resolve technical inquiries and troubleshoot basic software issues.
- Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in the CRM system.

- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
Qualifications
