Responsibilities
- Monitor Communications: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat during the night shift hours.
- Customer Assistance: Provide accurate information and troubleshooting support to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service logs.
- System Monitoring: Check system alerts and reports to ensure operational stability.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable for night shift schedules.
