Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 customer support via chat/email/phone during night shifts
- Monitor and respond to system alerts for client infrastructure
- Document incident reports and ticket resolutions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with global teams using Slack and virtual tools
- Complete training modules and skill assessments weekly
- Adhere to security protocols for client data handling
- Participate in shift handovers with day-shift teams
Qualifications
