- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and workplace protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely delivery.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide full training.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and willingness to learn.
- Background: Must pass a standard background check.
