Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities under supervision (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare professionalsMaintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support clinical staff during examinations and proceduresEnsure patient safety and comfort throughout shiftsCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Adhere to HIPAA and facility safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior healthcare experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods

- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
