Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shifts.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers of ongoing issues.
- Adhere to company scripts and quality assurance standards.
- Identify trends in customer issues and escalate them to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Windows or Mac operating systems.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
