Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries and technical troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating complex issues to senior staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.
- Follow established protocols to resolve common technical problems and account issues.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve overall service quality.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, data security, and compliance standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work full-time overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and processes quickly.
