As an Entry Level Associate, you will be the face of our company during our peak operational hours. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and document verification for incoming orders and inquiries.
- Assist customers with basic questions via phone and email during the night shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards are met.
- Monitor system alerts and report technical issues to the senior team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
