- Resolve basic issues and escalate complex problems to the supervisor when necessary.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
