Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve client issues and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed (40+ wpm).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- No prior experience necessary; we provide full training for entry-level candidates.
