Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after completing paid certification training
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Load/unload shipments and organize materials in designated zones
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs
- Support cross-functional departments as needed during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work nights (11 PM - 7 AM) with flexible weekend availability
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Willingness to operate warehouse machinery after training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- No prior experience required – training provided
