Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email during the night shift.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Assist in the processing of orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
