Responsibilities
- Execute accurate inventory counts and stock rotations using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision and timeliness
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse zones according to safety standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Document all transactions in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Reliable transportation to 12-hour night shift schedule (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
