Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package inventory during night shift operations
- Operate warehouse equipment safely following OSHA guidelines
- Maintain organized and clean workstations throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives led by supervisors
- Complete digital inventory tracking using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic computer literacy (familiarity with data entry preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Reliable transportation to night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to learn and grow through paid training programs
- Team-oriented attitude with effective communication skills
