Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment and machinery following safety protocols
- Sort, pack, and prepare shipments for timely delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and adherence to OSHA standards
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks using proper techniques
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to/from night shift hours
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
