Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Keep the Facility Clean: Regularly clean work areas, sorting stations, and aisles to maintain high organization standards.
- Operate Equipment: Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment responsibly.
- Perform Quality Checks: Inspect goods for damage and ensure order accuracy before dispatch.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to work Night Shifts: Must be available to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic Computer Literacy: Comfortable using basic computer systems and handheld scanners.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
