Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and prepare shipments for accurate and timely delivery
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory records using basic digital tools
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and facility maintenance
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all associates
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Reliable transportation to the night shift schedule
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
