Responsibilities
- Perform inventory management tasks including cycle counts and stock rotation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided for pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Package and prepare orders for shipment with attention to detail
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational targets
- Document daily activities using our digital tracking systems
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks with proper material handling techniques
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Availability to work consistent night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation to our Miami facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
