Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in the processing and tracking of incoming and outgoing packages and documents with a focus on accuracy.
- Data Management: Perform high-speed data entry and maintain digital records of all transactions and client interactions.
- Customer Assistance: Answer incoming calls and emails during night hours to resolve basic inquiries and route complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Inventory Control: Conduct nightly inventory audits and ensure stock levels are organized and up-to-date.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor workflow efficiency and identify potential bottlenecks in the night shift process.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift staff to ensure seamless operational continuity across the business.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior professional experience necessary; we provide full training.
- Availability: Must be available to work 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM shifts.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy (Windows, Microsoft Office) and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
