Responsibilities
- Execute social media campaigns across 3+ platforms with weekly content scheduling
- Assist in SEO optimization and keyword research for client websites
- Create compelling email marketing newsletters with Mailchimp
- Track analytics using Google Analytics and HubSpot to report campaign performance
- Support content creation including blog posts and video scripts
- Coordinate with design team on promotional materials
- Manage client communication calendars and follow-up processes
- Participate in monthly strategy planning sessions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic proficiency in Google Analytics and social media platforms
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using Asana/Trello
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Portfolio demonstrating digital content creation (optional but preferred)
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
