Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Prepare and package products for shipment using standard packing materials and techniques.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to comply with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or equivalent work experience).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
