Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Prepare products for shipping using packaging machinery and hand tools.
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory management processes.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
