Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and account troubleshooting.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the senior management team when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer problems efficiently and build long-term relationships.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call volume and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ wpm preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
