Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal and external clients
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems
- Document IT procedures and troubleshooting steps
- Collaborate with senior IT on network security protocols
- Train end-users on new technologies
- Monitor system performance and report issues
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (rotating)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- No prior IT experience required
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Willingness to learn technical concepts quickly
